Thanks! Followed the instructions and flashed 4.17.0.160. Had no issues with that process and it booted up fine afterwards. Attempting to use the firmware upgrade option within the app to get it to 4.17.0.181 (the latest version currently shown by the app) failed, essentially the same as previously.
