I have several plugs that have been offline for the last few days. I ordered two new plugs thinking that it was a hardware problem- they installed and got stuck with the update and both currently show offline. This is in the SF Bay Area.

Not fixed yet, but they are working on it.
I’m enrolled in the firmware beta, but how does one update a plug’s firmware when it won’t connect to the Internet?
