You have to turn on notifications. Open the app., tap on the camera to open live view, tap the gear icon top right of the screen to open settings. Tap notifications and toggle on the ones you want. You must turn on the type of notifications you want on your phone also. That is is the settings, notifications, go to the WYZE app. and choose badges and sound . This is for iPhone.
