Alert video not available in cloud

I have alerts for the past 12 hrs. When I try to view, all I get is a message that the video is not in the cloud yet and to try later. Anyone else have this problem ir is there a problem with AWS Cloud Services? Trying to move this from News to Pan

I had to reinstall the canera as a new device. The app and cloud storage are working again

I have the same problem, Pan Cam doesn’t store the videos “all I get is a message that the video is not in the cloud yet”
I installed the SD card and is not working either.
I need some help.
