wyze… If you ever get tired of all the negativity on the forums, the bad venting and frustration of many of your customers, all you need to do is what you so adamantly promised us…
Ignoring requests for help and not hearing positive suggestions on what the users feel is their need is akin to a business death sentence. You want to be successful and we, your customers want you to be successful also
Many companies much smaller than you have managed to produce a product and a great support group… You can too**
