Adding Wyze Plug on iOS 13.1.1 fails

There appears to be a bug (not sure who’s bug) that requires iOS 13 users to turn on location services long enough to setup the Plug (Settings > Wyze > Location). Some iOS 13 users see this issue, some don’t.

As a WiFi device the Wyze Plug will have a lot of the same general caveats as the Bulb. That said, if you are having setup troubles, make sure none of these things are interfering: To start, if you are on iOS 13, confirm that you are using the most recent version.
