Activating Home Monitoring

Got the services.wyze.com/redeem
email which took me to the page to sign up for yearly service. (which I paid when ordering Home Monitoring)

Have latest Android app version.

I see the Monitoring tab at the bottom.

Under My Subscriptions it says go to Account then Services to assign my new licenses to device of choice. But I don’t see the Services tab.

Any ideas?

If you click on the “Account” tab, then “Services” should be towards the top of the list. It’s not a “tab” by itself.

When I do that it takes me to a page to purchase the services
but I paid for the one year package when I placed the system order.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

Thanks for your message.

  1. You need to go to the redeem page to activate your service first. You will see the final price will be $0 since it is pre-paid.
  2. After you successfully activated your service, you will see your service listed on the website My account page.
  3. Open your Wyze app and nav to the Monitoring tab, you will see the setup instructions.
  4. You don’t need to do anything to assign the license/service in the App.
