I’m wondering how my account got split, or what’s going on with it. My account has always been the one I’ve logged in on. I’ve used the website, forums, and app. The app the most at many times per week.
I made an order on May 9, 2019, #417775. That order is not in my account history. (I just checked, but I don’t know when it was removed or transitioned away from my account.)
I just made another order a few minutes ago, #003007789. I used PayPal to complete it, and I immediately received a “Welcome to Wyze.com,” email. This was a surprise, since I was logged in at the time of my order. This order is in my account.
Can my account history be restored? I think I was an early backer for wyze sense.
