It has taken well over a month to get this done. My original email to tech support (using my new Wyze account) clearly stated to delete my old account. After a lot of excuses, repeat emails, and losing emails, they finally got it done. The main issue was that they need an email from my old email account telling them to delete the account.
Make sure you remember your old Wyze login and PW, and you have to be able to email them from your old email address.
