Accessing My Account

Anyone else have this issue. When accessing my account using Safari on a MacBook, after I enter my email address and password the Log In button does not get enabled.

Is there a captcha?

@Newshound this was the same issue I was having long ago.

@probert58 have you tried any other browsers by chance?

There was no captcha rendered when using Safari. Using Firefox, captcha is rendered and the Log In button is enabled and I can log in. Solution is not to use Safari.

This is something the mavens can bring up as an issue and try to make it known to Wyze :slight_smile:

a few of use use ios and could try to replicate it. I’ll see what I can do

I’m using Safari with no issues, but I doubt it is as current as yours. What version are you using?
