3G-5G connection issue

I got a new router and upgraded to 3G or I can select 5G. Now I cannot connect. Is there a solution to this problem?

Welcome to the forum.

Not sure what you are referring to with 3G, 5G.
5.0 Ghz Wifi?
The cameras and other devices require 2.4 Ghz Wifi. It’s not optional.
Your new router should have an option to turn on 2.4 Wifi SSID.

This stuff is getting harder to support. The WiFi Alliance now invented “WiFi6” for newer 802.11ax, *WiFi5" for older current 802.11ac, and *WiFi4" for even older 802.11n. These still use 2.4Ghz and 5 Ghz bands. There is an optional WiFi6e component that uses new 6 Ghz spectrum. Meanwhile of course mobile telecom has gone through 3G, 4G, and 5G (“Generation”) for mobile cellular connections and data. And none of these numbers have anything directly to do with one another.

yes, I really wish they would be more transparent in that regard to the “generations”

I have a wifi 6 mesh system now and had to explain to someone just the other day the different between wifi 6 and wifi 6E

and that’s just new for this year on…that not even getting into the older differences and all the variables companies put into their own products…it could drive a person mad.

Forgot to mention Cat 5 cable, Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A, unofficial Cat 6e…
