2.3.12 problem camera seen as offline

I’m running both 2.38 and 3.12 on diff devices.
I’ve 5 cams, all show up fine on 2.2.38.
On 2.3.12 one out of 5 V2 cameras shows up as “offline” all are on firmware 4.9.4.37.
Yet I can access it fine on both 2.2.38 AND 2.3.12.

Are there separate tech supports for Beta?

Thank you for reporting the issue. Could you please check the status of the offline camera in Firmware Upgrade (Bulk), Is the status NA?

In both versions the upgrade status is N/A
