For at least several weeks, the 12 second cloud video snippets (with no SD installed in V2 cams or V2 pan cam) seem to be truncated on most recordings. The timer counts a full 12 seconds but the recorded event has an increased speed such that the motion is faster than normal and stops at about the 8 second mark, where the curser keeps moving the remaining 4 seconds with no motion until the 12 seconds is up. Is anyone else seeing this and is there a fix? I tried restarting the cams and they all have the latest firmware.
Rebooted all cameras and problem is fixed. Not sure what caused it several weeks ago we had a power outage and maybe they didn’t initialize correctly after the power came back.
