I press the “step up” mechanism on the bottom. Hold for 3+ sec’s. Nothing. Anyone?
Do you hear a sound then you press the setup button?
Instead of holding it, have you just pressed it and let go?
I press and hold - nothing.
Do you feel any kind of clicking movement when you press it?
Try one of the other USB power warts, and then try one of the other USB cables, and then try them in combination. If you still don’t get power (no sound, no LED), then it sounds like a possible faulty unit.

If you don’t get a helpful reply here, I suggest you file a support request including the log files for more help. You might want to go ahead and submit your ticket now as there is somewhat of a backlog. If you end up getting the issue resolved before support contacts you, then you can always let them know that it’s already resolved.
